Why we named our business Poinciana:
Growing up in Savannah, coming home always meant driving in from Spotts Newlands under a sky full of poinciana trees framing the road into the neighbourhood — a sure sign home was just around the corner. Our own yard had one too – growing up, it was my favourite tree to climb! That's where our name comes from, and it's the same feeling we want every client to have about their property: a place that's cared for, welcoming, and unmistakably home.
